Small problem (I hope) and need your suggestion.
I have Viber (ver 2.2) on my HTC-HD7 phone (windows phone version 7.8) installed and running.
I also have Viber for PC (windows 8.1 pro-64 bit).
I think Viber for PC keeps updating itself automatically, but that is not my small problem.
Just yesterday Viber for PC displayed a notification saying that my number needs verification. This has happened in the past and how I usually resolve it is by uninstalling the app from my phone, installing it again, then activating Viber for PC.
The thing is, this time Viber for PC displays:
"Upgrade viber on your phone
Once viber has been upgraded, launch the app on your phone and click try again"
During this I receive a viber notification on my phone
"To activate viber for desktop please u...." I push on this notification to read it in full but my phone displays
"oops... An error has occurred. Please try again"
Any suggestions would be so much appreciated
