LG G3 4G LTE connection issues

Hello xda, i have some issues regarding my uprooted lg g3. I used to root all my phones, previously galaxy nexus and a few G2s which were replaced by warranty due to "manufacturer defects" or me just messing it up. Anyway I have learned the best way to use a new phone was to just not root it at all due to the many I've ruined rooting and customizing. It was all fun but I decided to try with my new G3, (last one I rooted and things started going haywire) not rooting it at all and maybe that will solve the problems. I thought wring I suppose.

My first issue I'm having is the phone is just slow and laggy in general. At the moment I am typing this right now the keyboard is slow and lags behind when I type and the screen jitters whenever it moves. Am on Verizon running latest Ota. For example my maps lags and has trouble keeping my location updated and this keyboard is pissing me off beyond belief. Practicality put of the box it was behaving poorly. The boot up time is slower than it was on the even my g2 or the last g3. If i hold the power button for another example it'll vibrate and then a second later the menu will pop up, or it will take a few seconds to switch apps, and for a brand new phone this shouldn't be happening.

A HUGE issue for me is my 4g LTE sucks. As I am typing this I am trying to deal with a spotty 3g connection in the middle of Greenwich Connecticut on the merritt Parkway rest stop. I work on the road and always need my maps to be updating location constantly and not lagging on me on the job. I switched from global to lte/CDMA with no dice for fixing the issue. And when I do get to a 4g connection it is either dropped or very slow. This Is a very amateur issue for such a "good" phone. I'm about to smash this damn thing out of frustration I hate this phone so much. I don't know what to do and I think i might be done with lg.

Please what can i do because I can't handle this piece of Crap anymore
