I bought this phone on 16th july flash sale from amazon. From the very first day of usage the problem has started. The on screen navigation buttons do not respond all for some time like 3-4 minutes. Then they start working on its own. It happens like 3-4 times everyday.
I have emailed the same to the Yu customer support and they told me to do a factory reset. Even after the reset the problem still persists. Is this a known software bug? Anybody has any idea how to fix this issue? Any help will be appreciated.
