stuck at LG logo after reset

After upgrading to 5.0 via LG PC Suite, my phone won't knock on (but can knock off)
So I go to setting and perform factory reset.
After that it reboot and just stuck at LG logo.
Then I pull out the battery and reboot, the phone didn't reset. Then I just go to service menu (3845#*350#) and perform reset.
It reboot and stuck at lg logo again!
But this time I pull out the battery and reboot, I cannot boot into phone again and stuck at lg logo!

What should I do in this situation?
Also I have tried to reset at boot up (pow + vol down then vol up + vol down), it can show the reset option but also stuck at lg logo.
And I cannot enter recovery and i don't know why...
