rugged carrying case with zipper

Is there a rugged carrying case with zipper for Samsung Galaxy S5? I have a gym bag with me in the gym and I keep the phone in this bag in a small failry rugged plastic box just in case I accidentally drop some weights or for example water bottle to it. However, while it is easy to put and take out the phone from this plastic box, I would prefer a similar rugged case with zipper if there is something like that around.

PS. I don't use the phone in the gym and it is in silent mode. Phone is with me simply because lockers in locker room are not very secure.
