P600 problem installing

I had an issue the other night that cause me to restore from a backup and repair the cache. Now when i boot from restore it mostly works but some features like the home button and drop down menu don't. I have tried installing two different ROMs and it works perfectly until it gets done optimizing all my applications, then the install wizard fails.

I can still boot into TWRP just fine.

Any input would be appreciated.
