Need help ASAP!!!

I got some serious Issue now and I'm not good enough to take the risk of trashing my device by mistake.
First my device has a persist partition so I did wipe the system, cache...

In order to proceed I need to install the Universal Naked Driver for recovery which is a real pain with no concrete explanation and I have no knowledge in tweaking android at all or even installing the driver seems impossible to me.
I'm not patient at all to do the job if you know how to do it please contact me ASAP I need it to be up and running for work.
The device has no android version installed on it at the moment as I wiped it and the original driver has been deleted in order to install the Universal Naked Driver which I'm not able to install.
It may looks simple to you but it's above my head, I need live support to help me out..

I don't even know if the phone is rooted or not but the bootloader is unlock the recovery is TWRP and i got minimal adb and fastboot installed.
