native tethering without root

I'm wondering if there is a rom, haven't found one yet, that has native tethering built it and possibly debloated, but doesn't have root. There are certain apps (airwatch) that I need for work that won't work if it detects the phone is rooted. Right now I'm the stock rom, and haven't updated, so I can flash a custom rom. Currently using foxfi to tether.
