My mom and dad found a White Nook and it says Critical Battery Alert. I had it on the charger that they found with it from close to 10 pm to around 6 am and same message and I tried another cable with that adapter and nothing changed and I have tried another power adapter and nothing has changed but it does show an orange light next to the power cable slot light up but it has never powered on at all and I have no clue what is wrong with this Nook because I have never used a Nook before
