Bluetooth Delay

Hi,
I have a big problem. When I listen to music with headphones bluetooth, the audio clicks and delays :(
The headphones have always worked with this configuration
Galaxy S3 Cm12.1 Beta 12 with boeffla kernel Alpha 7
Zzmove Battery Yank min.200mhz max.1400mhz undervolt medium
but now with the same configuration they delay with my phone. With an other phone they work ok
