How to backup and restore Android Chrome bookmarks between phones

Hello everybody. I wanted to export my Android Chrome bookmarks to another phone (Nexus 4 with stock to LG G3 with CloudyG3 2.5). I used Titanium backup pro but Chrome app is in red (system app) so I've abstained and XML backup and restore didn't work. I avoid sync because the bookmarks in my PC aren't the same as in my phone.
